NEW YORK — Fitch expects to rate SLM Student Loan Trust, 2008-8 as follows:
– $267,000,000 class A-1 ‘AAA’;
– $311,000,000,000 class A-2 ‘AAA’;
– $145,000,000 class A-3 ‘AAA’;
– $240,549,000 class A-4 ‘AAA’;
– $29,800,000 class B ‘AAA’.
